This app offers to generate interactive sankey plots from complex taxa tables. It counts the occurence of re-occuring taxa on different levels. Follow the 2 steps below generate a plot with your own data.
Step 1: Load your ouw data by pressing button below. Please use a CSV table that contains only the necessary data. The table can also contain a column with abundances.
Step 2: Once your data is loaded, you can either explore the a simple "Taxa table" (without abundances) that simply counts the appearance of taxa on different levels. Alternatively, your table can include one abundance column. Go to:
The plots are generate on your device and appear different when you change the size of the browser window. There are also ways to store the plot as a pdf/svg image that can be modified with common graphic programs. To learn more, see the tips and tricks below.
